Using the service

You may use the service for lawful research and analysis of public pages you are entitled to access. You must have authority to provide submitted content and to act for any organization you represent. Keep account credentials, API keys, and browser access tokens secure, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Do not bypass access controls, probe private networks, submit malware, infringe third-party rights, or overload the service. Do not submit secrets or sensitive personal data for page analysis. We may limit or suspend access to address misuse, security incidents, or legal requirements.

What page review does

Page review analyzes submitted public pages, creates benchmarks and recommendations, prepares implementation briefs or reference content, and can verify and compare later versions. It does not publish changes to your website. You decide whether and how to implement suggestions. Availability through a particular client depends on the features enabled for that integration.

Review AI output before use

AI output can contain errors, unsupported claims, omissions, or inconsistent scores. Check facts, legal claims, accessibility, and suitability before publishing or relying on it. Scores are diagnostic measurements under the selected conditions, not a guarantee of traffic, rankings, conversion, revenue, or legal compliance. Third-party pages and services can change, affecting repeat measurements.

Your content and reports

You retain your rights in content you submit. You authorize us and our service providers to process it as needed to provide the requested service. Subject to third-party rights, you may use and adapt the reports and generated material we return. Outputs may not be unique, and this permission does not grant rights in competitor material, trademarks, or other third-party content.

Review links may allow others who have the link to read results. Share them deliberately. Our privacy policy explains data handling and deletion requests.

Free features and paid services

Free and beta features may have usage limits and may change or become unavailable. Paid services, where offered, are governed by the price, scope, billing, cancellation, and any additional terms presented before purchase or agreed separately in writing. Using a free page review does not by itself authorize a charge. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights or changes an existing written agreement.

External services

ChatGPT, Claude, AI providers, and other third-party services have their own terms. We do not control their availability or their handling of conversations and exported reports. Disconnecting an integration does not delete copies already held by those services.

Availability and responsibility

We work to provide a useful service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete coverage, or a particular business result. To the extent permitted by law, free beta features are provided as available. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health, or limits mandatory statutory rights.

Stopping use and changes

You can stop using the service or disconnect an integration at any time. Contact info@golongtail.ai about account closure or data deletion. We may update these terms for changes to the service or legal requirements and will provide notice where required. The effective date appears above.
